Survey: Addressing organizational stigma related to sexuality, substance use and sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections (STBBIs)

This online survey of health and social service professionals was designed by the Canadian Public Health Association (CPHA) and Centre for Sexuality (C4S) to help better understand the current state of organizations’ knowledge, capacity, and interest toward addressing stigma related to sexuality, substance use and sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections (STBBIs).

Data from this survey will inform the identification of knowledge and capacity needs, and accompanying development of capacity-building tools and other resources. The results of this survey may also be shared with partner organizations and/or at professional meetings or conferences. The survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

Anyone who is working within a health or social service organization (part time or full time) in Canada can complete this survey. This can include people in a wide range of roles including, for example, nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, mental health professionals, peer support workers, patient navigators, support staff, management/leadership, human resources, or program staff.
