HR Trends Survey - Fall 2026

Your Workforce Experience Can Help Shape Employer Supports

Canada’s environmental employers are navigating changing hiring needs, skills requirements, and economic conditions. ECO Canada’s Fall 2026 HR Trends Survey will identify the challenges employers are facing and the supports they need most.

By participating, you will help ECO Canada:

• Track changes in hiring and workforce demand
• Identify priority skills and training gaps
• Develop evidence-based resources for employers
• Bring employer perspectives into workforce and policy discussions

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes. Responses are confidential and reported only in aggregate. Participants can receive a summary of the findings later this fall.

We welcome responses from HR professionals, organizational leaders, and others familiar with their organization’s workforce. You do not need to have exact figures available. Reasonable estimates are welcome.
