2025 Compensation Planning Survey

Introduction

Welcome to Eckler’s 2025 Compensation Planning Survey. At Eckler we strive to gather invaluable insights to support organizations as they look for creative ways to attract and retain their talent. As the Bank of Canada remains cautious on inflation and the future interest rate cuts, combined with the labour market demand for top talent, our survey insights are more valuable than ever.
 
As a survey participant, you will receive a complimentary survey report that will give you an accurate perspective on how organizations are increasing base salaries, adjusting salary structures, and addressing key human resources issues.

We encourage you to provide one detailed survey questionnaire per organization.  Only complete survey submissions will qualify to receive the complimentary survey report (to be released in September).  Please forward the survey link to whomever in your organization will have the most informed knowledge to answer the questions being asked.


The survey will remain open until Monday August 26th, 2024.
 

We are collecting base salary increases and salary range adjustments for your non-union employees located in Canada. All submitted information will remain strictly confidential and only aggregated results with be shared in the report.
