Community Grant Funding Application

Please take a few moments to review the City's Grant in Aid Policy. You can find it HERE.

Please note that in order to complete this application, you will need:

A copy of your organization's Prepared Financial Statements (Notice to Reader) OR Society-Produced Financial Statements, consisting of a ‘Statement of Operations’ (Expenses/Revenues) and a ‘Balance Sheet’ signed by two officers of the organization
A completed Budget Form (CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD)
