Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer for Hospice Care Ottawa. As a new volunteer with our organization, you will be joining The Friends of Hospice Care Ottawa Volunteer Community. Our family of volunteers are known for their passion, dedication, commitment and compassion. Without volunteers, Hospice Care Ottawa would not be able to support and offer services free of charge to people living with a life limiting illness and their families.

*This application form is the first step in our volunteer screening process. Additional screening measures will take place during the orientation process.
