Parks & Trails Strategy

The qathet Regional District is working to develop a Parks & Trails Strategy that will guide the development, operation, management, and acquisition of regional and community parks and trails over the next 10 years.

Building on the successes of previous park and trail plans, the Strategy will put forward a vision and a series of goals and actions that will guide the future direction of both regional and community parks services. The final Parks & Trails Plan will offer actionable implementation recommendations to guide the qRD in delivering regional and community parks and trails services efficiently, effectively and sustainably.
