Indigenous Relations & Community Engagement Survey

TALES FROM X̱WÁY̓X̱WAY̓ REGISTRATION JUNE 2022
Welcome to the Indigenous Community Engagement Survey for the New St. Paul’s Hospital and Health Campus.
This survey has been designed to help understand your experiences at St. Paul’s Hospital and your opinions on what should be included or improved in the new hospital.

This survey is anonymous, no individual information will be disclosed. Your responses will be collected and reviewed to advise about how your experience can be improved in the new St. Paul’s Hospital and Health Campus.

In March 2021, the construction company building the new Hospital and surrounding campus was selected. From now until spring 2023 you have the ability to influence the design of the whole facility.  There is already a secured area for an All Nations Sacred space and a Traditional Medicine Garden. We respectfully request your feedback to ensure that these amenities and any others you believe should be included are part of the discussion going forward.
The purpose of this survey is to help ensure:
  • Improved quality of care for Indigenous peoples
  • A welcoming environment that is culturally safe
  • Data that allows us to continually improve your experience at St. Paul’s Hospital
At the end of the survey, you will be able to register for Tales from X̱wáy̓x̱way̓.

Please make sure that each person fills out the survey and registraton questions. Only people who complete the survey and registration either directly or over the phone with a member of the Indigenous Wellness Team will be registered for the event.

Thank you for sharing your perspective, we value your feedback.
