Workshop 2 - Workplace Engagement, Wellbeing and Mental Health: Navigating Burnout Culture

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
  • Differentiate between burnout and chronic mental health conditions.
  • Identify the drivers of each, and learn how vectors of neurodiversity can be leveraged at work.
  • Understand the role of institutions in addressing mental health and burnout and empower leaders to develop effective well-being strategies for their teams.
  • Learn how to create personalized mental health toolkits and how to utilize them as well as engage with leadership to promote resilience in the workplace.
