2024 City of Coquitlam Canada Day Event Feedback Survey

Thank you for taking the time to complete our Canada Day (July 1, 2024) event survey. It should take you no more than 10 minutes, and your feedback will help inform our planning of future events.

At the end of the survey, there is an option to enter a draw for a chance to win a $100 gift card to Coquitlam Centre. Contest rules.
