A Public Hearing for Zoning Amendment Bylaw No 2383, 2024 will be held during a Regular Council Meeting on Monday, July 8th, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, 1920 Third Ave, Rossland, BC. To comment on the application ahead of time please find the feedback form below.

Purpose of the Zoning Amendment

This Zoning Bylaw Amendment No. 2838, 2024 is to amend the City of Rossland Zoning Bylaw No 2518, to rezone the lots legally described as: LOTS 13,14,15 BLOCK 15 DISTRICT LOT 535 KOOTENAY DISTRICT PLAN 616​​, located at 2253 Washington Street from C-3 (Commercial Resort Accommodation / Commercial) to a new C-1 (Commercial Downtown Core).
