This Zoning Bylaw Amendment No. 2838, 2024 is to amend the City of Rossland Zoning Bylaw No 2518, to rezone the lots legally described as: LOTS 13,14,15 BLOCK 15 DISTRICT LOT 535 KOOTENAY DISTRICT PLAN 616, located at 2253 Washington Street from C-3 (Commercial Resort Accommodation / Commercial) to a new C-1 (Commercial Downtown Core).
A copy of the proposed bylaw and relevant background documents may be inspected at the City of Rossland Office on regular working days from 9am to 4pm, and also online at www.rossland.ca.
