YAC Current/Alumni Member Survey

Thank you for taking the time to share your reflections on your involvement with the Youth Advisory Council (YAC). This is the first time that the Ministry for Children and Family Development (MCFD) has formally evaluated the YAC. Our Evaluation Team is excited to hear from you! We want to amplify your ideas to help improve the YAC so that, in turn, the Council is supported and empowered to help strengthen services for children, youth, and families.
 
This survey asks questions to walk you through your experiences, any impacts, and your ideas for improving the YAC. Your input is extremely valuable and will help to guide what YAC looks like in the years to come.

Please complete this survey by March 10, 2022.

Your participation: This survey will take about 15-20 minutes to complete. Please note this survey is voluntary, responses are encouraged but not required. So that we can keep your responses anonymous and confidential, please do not include any personally identifiable information about yourself or others in your responses. Also, participation in this survey has no effect on your connection to YAC. Any suggestions and experiences will be summarized and shared in a report to re-imagine what YAC looks like 2022 and beyond.
