Student Satisfaction & Awareness Survey - 2026

The Student Satisfaction and Awareness Survey is an annual survey that aims to gather information on student awareness, satisfaction and usage of various Students’ Association of Mount Royal University (SAMRU) programs and services. Your opinion matters to us! West Gate Perks opened in the Fall of 2025 based on last year's survey information.

• Every student who completes this survey can enter a draw for a $1000 prize! Only one submission per student is permitted.
• The survey should take between 5 and 10 minutes to complete. You can save and continue later and exit at any time.
• All individual comments and responses will be anonymized so that individuals cannot be identified. 

By continuing to the next page, you acknowledge that your responses and comments will be included in cumulative reports, which will be used exclusively by SAMRU, and some comments (without any personal identifiers) may be used to highlight trends. 
 
The personal information collected on this form will be used to administer and manage Students’ Association’s programs and services, and to maintain the Students’ Association’s records. This information will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available on request and at samru.ca. We treat your personal information with care and respect, and use it to improve our services to you.
