Healthy Aging Alberta Survey (2025)

This survey is for people who have been connected with Healthy Aging Alberta (HAA) for 6 months or longer. This could include:

• Using the CORE Alberta online platform
• Attending regional gatherings or the 2023 Healthy Aging Alberta Summit
• Taking part in HAA program activities
• Using HAA resources (like the Healthy Aging Framework)
• Joining conversations about the community-based seniors serving (CBSS) sector

We ask this because we want to make sure everyone answering the survey has had enough time and experience with HAA to be able to provide feedback about their involvement.

If you have not yet been involved with HAA for at least 6 months, please do not complete this survey.
