GRI 2026: EVENTS REIMBURSEMENT FORM
GRI interns are eligible to claim up to $200 for conference expenses.

You can use this form either to submit a receipt for reimbursement or to confirm whether an event is eligible before purchasing a ticket.

⚠️ Important: Only events that are directly related to your field of study or research area are eligible for reimbursement. Eligible events must be professional, academic, industry, or government-related and relevant to your academic discipline.

❗ Please note: Expenses such as transportation, accommodation, meals, or other related costs are not eligible—only the event or conference registration/ticket fee can be reimbursed.

Events must take place in 2026, either before, during, or after your internship.
