The New Denver and Area Housing Society was formed in 2018 to focus on the creation and support of affordable housing in the New Denver area. A Housing Needs Report in the area estimated the demand for housing units to exceed 200 in twenty years. The society completed the Osprey, a ten-unit affordable housing complex in New Denver, in 2024 and is currently exploring additional innovative solutions to the issue of housing in our area.

We are surveying all households from Enterprise Creek to Hills to determine the availability of vacant homeowners willing to rent and the status of current tenants who live in the area.

This survey is entirely optional, and, while anonymous, it asks potentially identifying information. We will be accepting responses through September 1, 2025 and appreciate your honest responses.
